Pastor James and Pat Ward

Pastor James and his wife Pat have been married 25 years and have been in the ministry now for 18 years. They have two children, their daughter Tiffany (who is now married to her husband Tommy Anderson) and their son Aaron. They are proud of both of their kids and thankful that God's hand is on them. Pastor James is a Ordained Minister in the Church of God and has earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees in Pastoral Studies. Along with being a Pastor's wife, Sister Ward currently teaches 4th grade at the Middletown Prep and Fitness Academy. She holds both a B.A./M.A. degree in Elementary Education, certified K-8th grade. She considers this to be a part of her passion and calling along with church ministry. Together they have served in various church positions which includes Youth/Children's ministry, Associate Pastor as well as Sr. Pastor. To love people through Christ's love is the key to their approach to ministry. Pastor and Sister Ward arrived at the Abundant Life Church this past June 2007. They are excited about what God has for the future of His church.They both welcome your prayer support as they serve the Abundant Life Church and the Community of Riverside.
